Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw
from your purchase within 14 calendar days of
receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Return
1. Email hwal@foxmail.com within 14 days of delivery
2. We will provide return instructions
3. Return the item in its original condition and
   packaging
4. Once received and inspected, we issue a full refund

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's
responsibility unless the item is defective or we
made an error.

Refund Timeline
Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving
the returned item. Issued to your original payment
method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you
ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange a
replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
